Unfortunately, Ellen was in bed long before the clock struck midnight on New Year's Eve, but we did hear a little coo over the monitor just before 12, so Ellen must have been having her own little party in her crib.
Ellen looked like a little ski bunny on New Year's Day (much to Adam's delight, I'm sure)!
Ellen is now 10 weeks old! She's still sleeping great at night (a minimum of eight hours from the time we put her down), but we're still trying to figure out a nap routine that works well for her. I'm sure we'll get the hang of it soon --hopefully before I go back to work. (I go back two weeks from today; I'm super sad, but since this blog is supposed to be "all about Ellen," I'll share my woes elsewhere ...)

But sometimes she can't resist taking a break to chew on her arm.
